Complaint Investigation Summary
Report #. 5105
COMPLAINT ID: C00054691 Site Location: 5000 SIKORKSY ST
Activity Summary
Activity Date Recorded by
02/16/2022 Updated complaint information. Wrote OIR. Emailed OIR to Joseph Le Bel BAKER
(General Manager) at Joseph.LeBel@atlanticaviation.com.
Completed emergency response record.
Called Steve Sked (Stockton Airport) at 209-483-7051. Asked if there was any
sheen farther down. He said he does not know and doesn't think it would have
made it to the lift station. Steve Sked said that he does not want to go and verify if
there is sheen there or not and that Atlantic Aviation is responsible and he does
not want the liability. He said that Atlantic Aviation can ask for access.
Returned call to Darrell Simmons (Fish & Wildlife) at 916-719-5894 and updated
him on my findings.
02/16/2022 Received phone call from Darrell Simmons of Fish and Wildlife. He'd requested SAETERN
for more information regarding the petroleum spill that occurred on Stockton
Airport whether it impacted the storm drains. Notified Lydia Baker, Sr REHS.
02/18/2022 Verified GIS in EC. Completed photo log. BAKER
02/23/2022 Went to lift station at 7679 Longe Street to see if fuel is visible. Lift station walls
were dry. Unable to see the bottom of lift station. No smell of fuel observed. Per
Steve Sked (Stockton Airport), airport drainage flows to the Longe lift station and
then empties into Rydberg Creek. Rydberg Creek was dry with no indication of
any fuel on the soil.
BAKER
02/23/2022 Completed site map and photo log. BAKER
Abated complaint as 08-Unable to Verify Alleged Complaint. Turned in file to
Elena Manzo (Lead Sr. REHS) for review.
03/03/2022 Reviewed complaint record, this complaint will be reopened if additional MANZO
information, contrary to the recent findings, is received in the future.
5105. rpt
