VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS No Temperature Data Collected NOTES At the time of the inspection,the store is not open (employee was on lunch). The restroom at the store has running water at the hand sink and the toilet flushes properly. Owner is not on site, but per a phone conversation, he is aware of the issue. One of the water wells went down.A service person was on site earlier in the day and will return tomorrow with a pump. Employee on site is aware of the complaint. She states that there was an issue with the water line. Employee gave me access to both the men's and women's restrooms at the resort campground.At the time of the inspection, both restrooms have water at the hand sinks and the showers.The toilets in both restrooms flush properly. The two outdoor showers also have water. No signature obtained. Report typed up at the office 4:06pm-4:17pm The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
