Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Attn: Corinne King
Re: PA-2200014
Project No. 2182
Dear Corrine,
This is in response to the Incomplete Notice I received regarding a Lot Line Adjustment
application. You and I met on Tuesday and discussed the uses of several of the buildings. You
advised me to talk to Environmental Health regarding the well issue.
I left our meeting and met with Steven Shin. We agreed that since the owner owns both
parcels, he would be allowed and obligated to record a document stating if he sells one of the
parcels to someone else, a second well would be required. EHD is allowing this because the
two properties are currently in non-compliance but they are owned by the same owner.
I have enclosed a draft of a similar type of agreement I have previously used. Steven said he
would trust that we have it recorded concurrently with the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. The
enclosed draft is a good faith effort at what I believe will work. If you or EHD prefer to formalize
what Steven and I discussed, please feel free to make it a Condition of Approval.
Thank you and please call or email me if you need any additional information. Thank you.
Sincerely,
M/cg
Enc.
cc: Steven Shih, EHD
w/enc.
YMMDOM2021\2182\King Itr 021722.docx
