The absorbent was used to clean up the
spill and that’s why the yellow tub was full. It has been since picked up.. I had a question I called
to have my waste pick-up again and they told me my epa# is expired and I need new one? What
do that mean? Thank you for all your help.

From: Florido, Elianna [EHD] [mailto:eflorido@sjgov.org]
Sent: Monday, February 14, 2022 3:46 PM
To: Acme Saw & Supply, Inc <acmesaw@acmesaw.net>; ernie@acmesaw.net; joe@acmesaw.net
Subject: RE: ACME SAW & SUPPLY
Importance: High

Hello,

The following information still needs to be addressed in order to correct the remaining open hazardous
waste violations:
1. Violation 102 - Please clarify how you managed the waste generated from the parts cleaner spill
clean-up, and what is your hazardous waste determination for parts cleaner spill clean-up waste
moving forward.

Also, the Hazardous Materials Business Plan inspection violations have not been corrected. Immediately
make the necessary changes on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), and submit the
Return to Compliance Certification form (attached) with a statement documenting the corrective actions
that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork.

Thank you,
