This is your second deficiency notice <br />that the following information still needs to be addressed in order to correct the remaining open <br />hazardous waste violations: <br /> <br />1. Violation 102 - Please clarify how you managed the waste generated from the parts cleaner spill <br />clean-up, and what is your hazardous waste determination for parts cleaner spill clean-up waste <br />moving forward. <br />2. Violation 601 – Provide a recent disposal record for the used oily absorbent that was observed <br />at your facility at the time of inspection. <br /> <br />Also, this is your second deficiency notice that you have not corrected the Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan inspection violations. Immediately make the necessary changes on the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS), and submit the Return to Compliance Certification form (attached) with a <br />statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and <br />any supporting paperwork.
