Received <br />several response emails from Kenny, Brendan@Waterboards <br /><Brendan.Kenny@waterboards.ca.gov>, he indicated that he will "Ryan Mock the <br />environmental manager and requested some photos of the impacted area and a <br />status of the cleanup actions in progress." <br />Provided updates to M. Nissim (program coordinator) , generated a complaint <br />number. <br />05/14/2021 Filled out Prop 65 and provided for mailing. MANZO <br />05/17/2021 Reviewed email received on 5/14/2021 from Molly Dimick requesting a revision to FLORIDO <br />the Notice To Abate. Discussed with Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS. Revised Notice to <br />Abate and emailed it to Molly Dimick, JR Simplot Environmental Engineer, <br />molly.dimick@simplot.com. <br />05/19/2021 Received an email from Jeremiah Ramirez, stating Ancon has completed the <br />initial portion of the clean up process and is ready for EHD to verify the cleanup. <br />Called and spoke to Jeremiah that all areas impacted by the spill have been <br />excavated. Jeremiah to let me know what time he would like me to be on-site <br />today to verify the cleanup. Emailed Jeremiah re-iterating our phone conversation. <br />Generated photo log and Emergency Response Record form. <br />Arrived on-site, accompanied by Melissa Nissim, CUPA Program Coordinator, and <br />Vicky Vang-Lee, EHS, and met with Jeremiah Ramirez, Krista Kinsey, <br />Environmental Engineering Manager, and Nolan Ryan Ancon Field Supervisor. <br />The clean-ups of the spill areas on both sides of the facility fence appeared <br />complete. Took photos of the cleaned spill areas. <br />Four 20-cubic yard bins of excavated soil were generated from the cleanup of the <br />spill on JR Simplot's property (west of the fence), and one 20-cubic yard bin of <br />excavated soil was generated from the cleanup of the spill on City of Ripon's <br />property (east of the fence). According to Krista, one composite sample of the <br />excavated soil from the west side of the fence, and one composite sample of the <br />excavated soil from the east side of the fence, will be analyzed for hazardous <br />waste determination purposes. Took photos of the waste bins. <br />Called and emailed Brendan Kenny of the Compliance & Enforcement Section <br />with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB), and <br />informed him that JR Simplot is done with the clean-up and asked if he would like <br />to see the clean up before backfill. Emailed Brendan photos of the clean-up. <br />Left site for EHD. Received an email from Brendan who confirmed he did not need <br />to see the clean-up in person. Emailed Molly Dimick, Jeremiah Ramirez, and CC'd <br />Krista Kinsey, Nolan Ryan, Brendan Kenny, Howard Hold of the CVRWQCB, and <br />Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, to confirm that JR Simplot is approved to backfill the <br />spill cleanup area. <br />FLORIDO <br />05/20/2021 Downloaded clean up photos.
