Per Ely, he had not had a SAETERN <br />chance to go down to the dock. He stated he will give an update as soon as he <br />goes down to the dock. <br />Requested for photos of TowBoatUS towing the boat. Per Ely, the absorbent pads <br />and booms are to be disposed by Alex Thompson, owner of boat. Request for an <br />invoice from TowBoatUS and an invoice from the hazardous waste facility. <br />12:01 PM Received photos of boat being towed by TowBoatUS to Ladd Marina by <br />Ely Hayes. <br />2:12 PM Phoned Alex Thompson to verify clean up. Per Alex; <br />the absorbent pads was placed in a bag to be disposed of by Parker Diving <br />Services. The booms were placed onto the boat while it was towed. Per Alex <br />Thompson, the booms will be disposed of as hazardous waste by Ladd Marina or <br />he will disposed of it at the San Joaquin Household Hazardous Waste Facility <br />according to the brochure that he received from Mike Crips, Lead Deckhand. <br />Obtained Parker Diving Services information. <br />2:29 PM Phoned Patrick Butler <415-716-0511> who confirmed that they took the <br />bag of absorbent pads. Referred to call Maria Nunn <415-740-1279> who can <br />clarify how the hazardous waste would be disposed. <br />2:31 PM Phoned Maria Nunn <415-740-1279>, left a message regarding how they <br />will dispose of the hazardous waste. <br />2:36 PM Maria Nunn returned phone call. She stated the bag of absorbent pads <br />are to be packaged into one drum and be picked up by Excel Environmental <br />Services. TowBoatUS will be billed the invoice due to being contracted with them. <br />10/14/2021 Received photos from Ely Hayes via text. Complied photos for compliance packet. SAETERN <br />10/19/2021 Contact Maria Nunn of Parker Diving Services, 415-740-1279, inquired about the SAETERN <br />absorbent pads and booms that was collected from Stockton Marina sunken boat. <br />She stated they have not disposed of the hazardous waste obtained from Stockton <br />Marina. She stated they will have Excel Environmental Services to come pick it up. <br />NOTE: Parker Diving School is out of Mann County. They do not have a <br />transporter license. <br />10/27/2021 Received an update on complaint from Kristina Saetern, EHS. Reviewed narrative. FLORIDO <br />Informed Kristina to update narrative. <br />11/30/2021 Per request of Elena Manzo, Lead Senior REHS, complied files of the notice to SAETERN <br />abate, prop65, three photo logs was emailed to her for the Water Board on a <br />status update. <br />12/02/2021 Generated Emergency Response Records.
