A car hit a pole with two <br />"blue-stickered" pole mounted transformers. Mineral oil released onto eastbound <br />Schulte Rd and onto the dirt shoulder in front of 8842 W Schulte Rd. Dave had <br />started the cleanup of the shoulder. <br />Arrived on site and observed final cleanup of the road. Approximately 1/4 drum of <br />oily absorbent was generated and taken back to 4040 West Lane, Stockton. The <br />dirt area was marked to be surveyed by USA dig. The cleanup is currently <br />scheduled for 11/25/2021. A sample of the oil is going to be taken and run for <br />PCB analysis. No storm drains or waterways were observed to be impacted by <br />the incident. <br />Completed the notice to abate and emailed it to Alex Steele at <R2Sv@pge.com>. <br />11/22/2021 Filled out more complaint information and called Alex Steele, PG&E, ALANIZ <br />209-337-8902, for additional questions for the prop 65. <br />11/23/2021 Updated Fred Ernest on spill cleanup. Dave is planning on being at the site ALANIZ <br />around 7:00 AM <br />11/23/2021 Completed prop 65. ALANIZ <br />Called Alex Steele and left a message notifying him an encroachment permit may <br />be required. Sent an email to him with the same information. <br />11/24/2021 Called Alex Steele and discussed encroachment permits. Alex said that PG&E <br /> ALANIZ <br />has a "blanket permit" for emergency work within the county.
