NOTICE OF ABATEMENT ORDER <br /> Stockton Park Village, LLC - Howard Fairbanks -Anne Fairbanks <br /> Page 3 <br /> II. Imminent Hazards and Public Nuisances to be abated within ten (10) days <br /> from the date of this order: <br /> 2. Remove all accumulation of rubbish, waste material, vermin, and <br /> combustibles. You are ordered to abate the public nuisances created by the <br /> presence and volume and type of rubbish, waste material, and combustibles <br /> strewn throughout both the common Park areas i.e., laundry room, mail box area <br /> parking areas and all other areas inside of the Park, and on the 34 lots, including <br /> but not limited to, accumulated wood debris, tires, dilapidated RV's and vehicles, <br /> rubbish, tarps, personal property such as couches, furniture, mattresses, <br /> shopping carts, plastic bags, cardboard or plastic boxes, auto parts, dilapidated <br /> and substandard accessory structures, brush, and weeds throughout both the <br /> common areas of the Park and on all 34 Park lots, in violation of T25 CCR <br /> section 1120(a), (b), (c) and (d). A public nuisance includes fire hazards and <br /> presence of vermin. Mice, rats, and other vermin have been seen in the Park and <br /> are likely established themselves a home within the rubbish, waste material, and <br /> debris, creating a disease vector, causing further unsafe and unsanitary <br /> environment. <br /> PLEASE BE ADVISED: You are required to submit the proof of compliance with <br /> Part II, subparts 1 through 2 of this Abatement Order as set forth above, to the <br /> Department no later than June 6, 2021. The Department will verify the proof of <br /> compliance on June 7, 2021. <br /> III. Imminent Hazards and Public Nuisances to be Abated in sixty (60) days <br /> from the date of this Order: <br /> 1. Remove all inoperable and unregistered vehicles on all lots and <br /> common areas. You are ordered to abate the public nuisances created by <br /> excessive inoperable and unregistered vehicles inside the Park in which <br /> occupants are using as residence, which moved on to park property after the <br /> Park was placed in a suspend status creating substandard living conditions, in <br /> violation of HSC section 18402 and T25 CCR section 1102. This condition <br /> creates an imminent hazard to the Park residents and/or occupants and the <br /> neighboring community because the inoperable and unregistered vehicles <br /> create a substandard living condition and present an immediate risk to life, <br /> health, and safety. <br /> PLEASE BE ADVISED: You are required to submit proof of compliance with Part <br /> III, subparts 1 of this Abatement Order, as set forth above, to the Department no <br /> later than July 27, 2021. The Department will verify the proof of compliance on <br />
