I <br />was informed the residence does not have active service. I emailed Charlie Yuon <br />for further information. <br />I called complaint for an update. I left a message on complainant's voicemail. <br />Received a return call from complainant. A reinspection is scheduled for 12/2/21 <br />at 8:30 am. <br />12/02/2021 3120 Redwood Ave SINGH <br />Created photo log after the reinspection. I emailed the photo log to Robert M. for <br />review. Drafted NTA. Updated file. <br />12/02/2021 3120 Redwood Ave, Stockton - Complaint reinspection. I met with complainant at SINGH <br />complainant's property. I was able to observe the side of the home that was <br />mentioned in the complaint. The area northwest of the home has been raked and <br />the solid waste is left in a pile. Vegetation has grown where the dog feces was <br />previously observed. The six black and white bags that were observed during the <br />last inspection were observed during this inspection, as well. The odor was <br />moderate and the fly population was light. <br />12/02/2021 3120 Redwood Ave, Stockton - Complaint reinspection. I met with complainant at SINGH <br />complainant's property. I was able to observe the side of the home that was <br />mentioned in the complaint. The area northwest of the home has been raked and <br />the solid waste is left in a pile. Vegetation has grown where the dog feces was <br />previously observed. The six black and white bags that were observed during the <br />last inspection were observed during this inspection, as well. I called Republic Services at 209-466-5192 SINGH <br />and spoke with Customer Service Rep, Jennifer. Jennifer verified that the <br />residence has active garbage service since November.
