SINGH <br />3120 Redwood Ave. - I scheduled a date with the complainant to take a look at the <br /> SINGH <br />neighboring property on January 10th, 2022 at 1:30 pm. <br />3120 Redwood Ave - I received an email from the complainant. Complainant <br /> <br />SINGH <br />wants to add to her complaint that the rats and vectors caused by neighbors is <br />causing complainants dogs to get sick. <br />12/28/2021 <br />01/06/2022 <br />01/10/2022 3120 N Redwood Ave., Stockton - Complaint inspection. Complaint alleges there SINGH <br />is dog feces on side of yard creating a horrible smell. The bags of waste <br />previously observed on the side of the house is still there. Placed signed letter in Cheryl's box to mail. Sent by regular and certified mail; Certified Mail Log #7020 1810 <br />0000 3998 6121. <br />01/26/2022 3120 N Redwood Ave. - Received an email from the complainant with an updated. <br />Responded to complainant. <br />01/27/2022 3120 N Redwood Ave. - Received notification the Office Hearing Letter has been <br />delivered (certified mail). Updated file. <br />02/02/2022 3120 Redwood Ave - Prepared for the Office Hearing. Received a call from the <br />property owner, Francisco Hernandez. He stated he was out of town working and <br />will not be able to attend the hearing. Mr. Hernandez asked to speak with a <br />Spanish speaking staff member because he stated his English is not that good. <br />Yvonne Moreno spoke with Mr. Hernandez and updated me on the conversation. <br />Mr. Hernandez told Yvonne that he will have the yard cleaned over the weekend. <br />02/07/2022 3120 N Redwood Ave - I called the property owner, Francisco Hernandez, at <br />209-221-1525. He mentioned the property was cleaned on Friday. I asked to <br />reinspect, in order to abate the complaint. Francisco did not understand due to a <br />language barrier. I had Yvonne M., front counter, call Mr. Hernandez. Mr. <br />Hernandez provided a phone number for the tenant. The tenant's name is Erick <br />Hernandez, his phone number is 209-678-5433. <br />I called Erick Hernandez, but he only speaks Spanish (according to him). I told him <br />that I will have someone from the EHD call him. <br />Updated complainant by email. <br />SINGH <br />02/08/2022 3120 Redwood Ave. - Received returned certified mail (NTA).
