SINGH <br /> Complainant stated the ducks haven't been on the property since December 2021, <br /> but the duck manure is still sitting on the pad. I informed complainant that I will <br /> look into it. <br /> Completed short term complaint form. Reviewed past complaints and parcel <br /> information from Parcel Viewer. I took the complaint form to the main building for <br /> processing. <br /> 01/12/2022 Dupont Market Inc- 12150 Ada Ave., Stockton - Complaint inspection. Complaint SINGH <br /> alleges duck manure is still on manure pad, the ducks have been gone since <br /> December 2021. 1 met with Vincente Elias and Jesus Elias (Vincente's son) at the <br /> site. Jesus translated for Mr. Vincente Elias and myself. Vincente Elias stated the <br /> manure wasn't picked up from the property because the ground is wet and the <br /> truck (company) used to dispose of the manure is unable to get to the pad. I <br /> informed Vincente Elias that the manure should be disposed of within 7 days or it <br /> should be covered. He stated he will make arrangements for the manure to be <br /> picked up by the end of the week. He was also informed to cover the manure until <br /> it is picked up. Vincente Elias gave permission to walk around the property and <br /> take pictures. Ponding observed around the manure pad. Odor was moderate and <br /> flies were not observe. <br /> 01/13/2022 Dupont Market Inc (Duck Farm) - Reviewed file with previous complaints. Created SINGH <br /> photo log and drafted NTA. I took both documents to the main building to have <br /> mailed. <br /> 01/13/2022 Mailed Solid Waste Notice to Abate dated 1/13/22 and photographs by certified MARTINEZ <br /> and regular mail to: <br /> DUPONT MARKET INC, <br /> 2716 E MINER AVE#C, <br /> STOCKTON CA 95205. <br /> Certified mail#7021 0350 0000 8150 1292. <br /> 5105 rpt Page 1 of 2 <br />
