ODOR WAS MODERATE, NO FLIES OBSERVED. <br /> VIOLATIONS: <br /> X Accumulation of Refuse, Waste and Filth Prohibited <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2400) <br /> X Improper, Unpermitted Disposal of Waste on Premise <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2401, Public Resources Code, Sections 44000.5 and 44002(a)(1)) <br /> ❑ Inadequate Container <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2402) <br /> X Inadequate Frequency of Waste Removal — Removal of waste at least once each calendar week. <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2403) <br /> ❑ Lack of Mandatory Residential Solid Waste Collection <br /> (SJC Ordinance Code Title 5, Section 5-2404) <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br /> X Clean up and dispose of the waste at an authorized, permitted location. ❑ Provide adequate container. <br /> X Remove waste once every calendar week.
