<br />OBSERVATIONS: Upon arrival, meat and other food were observed thawing at the drainboard of the 2 comp sink. When
<br />thawing food, do not thaw at room temperature. Use one of the following four methods to thaw food: in the refrigerator, in the
<br />microwave, during the cooking process, or under cool running water. Correct today.
<br />Corrected on site - food was returned to the walk-in cooler.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a can of Black Flag and a can of Raid insecticide in the facility. Use commercial grade/food
<br />safe insecticides that are approved for use on food contact surfaces. Remove today.
<br />These two cans were discarded on site.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: One of the ice machines is leaking water onto the floor. Repair the leak of the ice machine ASAP.
<br />The interior of the Nestle AHT chest freezer has dead insects. Remove dead insects and clean and sanitize the chest
<br />freezer by 1 week.

<br />The drain of the men's restroom hand sink is leaking into a bucket. Repair the leak at this sink ASAP.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required
<br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing
