<br />thawing food, do not thaw at room temperature. Use one of the following four methods to thaw food: in the refrigerator, in the
<br />microwave, during the cooking process, or under cool running water. Correct today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed a can of Black Flag and a can of Raid insecticide in the facility. Use commercial grade/food
<br />safe insecticides that are approved for use on food contact surfaces. Remove today.

<br />freezer by 1 week.

<br />The drain of the men's restroom hand sink is leaking into a bucket. Repair the leak at this sink ASAP.
