<br />OBSERVATIONS: The left hand sink in the men's restroom did not have hot or cold water available. The cold water was
<br />turned on but owner was not able to turn on hot water during the inspection. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 100
<br />F minimum at this sink today.

<br />Observed debris on kitchen storage cabinets under counters. Clean today and maintain clean.
<br />Observed grease build up on exhaust hood and gaps in right filter. Clean exhaust hood within 1 week and repair/install filter
<br />so that there no gaps.
