All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The walk-in was 44 F. Provide 41 F or below today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The left hand sink in the men's restroom did not have hot or cold water available. The cold water was <br />turned on but owner was not able to turn on hot water during the inspection. Store scoop with handle sticking up or in a <br />cleanable container to prevent contamination. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Keep pressurized cylinders secured to a rigid structure at all <br />times. Corrected on site. <br />Observed debris on kitchen storage cabinets under counters. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed grease build up on exhaust hood and gaps in right filter. Clean exhaust hood within 1 week and repair/install filter <br />so that there no gaps. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
