COMPLAINANT ORDERED HABANERO <br /> FLAVORED WINGS AND ALLEGES THAT A FEW HOURS LATER,THEY BEGAN VOMITING. COMPLAINANT <br /> ALLEGES THAT BEFORE THEY RECEIVED THEIR WINGS,THEY WITNESSED A MEMBER OF THE KITCHEN STAFF <br /> DROP UNCOOKED WINGS ON THE FLOOR. FLOOR WAS FILTHY WITH GARBAGE AND DIRTY WATER. <br /> COMPLAINANT DID NOT KNOW IF THEY WERE SERVED THE WINGS THAT WERE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
