Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -Two blue 55-gallon poly drums of waste antifreeze were observed without an accumulation start date,the last pick <br /> up date listed on the drum was January 2020. <br /> -One black 55-gallon metal drum of used aerosols cans were observed on site with an accumulation start date of <br /> 6/27/2020 <br /> -one black metal 55-gallon drum of used paper filters were observed without an accumulation start date <br /> -one black metal 55-gallon drum of used unpuncutured/undrained metal filters were observed without an <br /> accumulation start date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
