Sulphur: 1996, 1998 <br /> Omite 30 W: 1996, 1998 <br /> Karmex(Diuron): 1998 <br /> The above mentioned chemicals were researched with the use of Extoxnet. This database is <br /> provided by several university toxicology departments across the west coast,including the University <br /> of California at Davis. According to the information provided in this database, Paraquat,Bacillus <br /> Thuringiensis,Carbofluran and Diuron are the only chemicals which may be persistent in the soil <br /> and groundwater. Carbofluran and Bacillus Thuringiensis have persistent rates of 3 to 4 months <br /> while Diuron and Paraquat have rates which extend to a year. <br /> Copies of the agricultural use permits have been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> Copies of the data retrieved from Extoxnet have been included in this report as Appendix G. <br /> 5. Public Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in an <br /> effort to determine the water source for the subject property. According to officials at the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health,the subject property is served by a private well <br /> and due to its location outside of the city limits,it is not able to connect to the public water supply. <br /> The San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health was contacted by telephone in an <br /> effort to determine whether subject property is connected to a municipal sewer system. According <br /> to officials at the San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health,the subject property is <br /> outside of the urban boundaries and therefore not connected to any municipal sewer system. No <br /> further information was available. <br /> 6. San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(APCD) was contacted in an effort <br /> to obtain information as to whether any agricultural burn permits have been issued for the subject <br /> property. According to APCD officials, a agricultural burn permit was issued for the subject <br />
