w <br />improvements within one (1) year after the <br />filing of the Final Map. <br />2. Full street improvements in compliance with <br />Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 and with Ordinance 672 shall <br />be provided within the subdivision. Woodbridge Road shall be <br />fully improved on the subdivided side in compliance with County <br />standards. Curbs, gutters and sidewalks shall be provided <br />throughout the subdivision. <br />3. Access to Woodbridge Road shall be restricted as <br />described in Section 9-1800 of Ordinance 2634. A fence shall <br />be constructed along said right of way. <br />�4. Public sewer, water supply and storm water drainage <br />systems, shall be provided throughout the subdivision. The <br />Woodbridge Sanitary District shall provide sewer services. <br />5. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet <br />the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage <br />for the improvements (development). <br />�6. A public water system shall be provided conforming <br />to the requirements of the Local Health District and the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works. The system shall provide adequate water <br />supply and fire hydrants for fire protection in conformance with <br />Section 9-1831 of Ordinance 2634 and the recuirements of the <br />County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge Rural Fire District. <br />7. The public sewer system shall be cvnetractad in <br />conformance with the requirements of the Local Health District. <br />The Department of Public Works and the Woodbridge Sanitary <br />District. <br />8. Easements for utilities shall be as required by <br />PG&E, PT&T and all other public utilities. The provisions of <br />Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, requiring under - <br />grounding of utilities shall apply. <br />9. The minimum net lot area shall be 6,000 sq. ft. <br />10. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section <br />9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br />11. <br />This <br />map is approved <br />for 18 <br />months. <br />12. <br />The <br />subdivider should <br />agree <br />to and shall pay users <br />fees for the utility services from the time the improvements are <br />
