1 <br />accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one <br />(1) year period, as the case may be. <br />13. That portion of the property in the floodway, i.e., <br />17-19 acres, with the exception of 5# acres, is to be deeded <br />to San Joaquin County within seven (7) years from the date of <br />final map approval of the first unit. The property, or any <br />portion thereof, may be transferred to the County at any time <br />during the 7 year period, at the owner's option. <br />14. The owner, in retaining the westerly 5+ acres of <br />the floodway portion of the subdivision, shall grant San Joaquin <br />County a public access easement across the property when, and if, <br />the County acquires public access interest in the adjacent <br />property downstream. <br />15.
