The
property was tested as required by the conditions of approval
of Tentative Subdivision) o. 5-78-5.
The test was run on December 1, 1978, according to the procedures
outlined in the Manual of Septic Tank Practice, published by the
U.S. Dept. of Health, Education & Welfare. The percolation rate
for the test hole was 60 minutes per inch as determined b "
drop in the water level during the inal 30 minutes. This per-
colation rate corresponds to a disposal area requirement of 12,000
sq. ft., which will be shown on each of the five lots on the Final
Subdivision Map.
No guarantees are made or implied by this office that these test
results insure satisfactory operation of a septic tank or leaching
line on this property since the testing procedure does not involve
the actual operation of a septic tank or leach line with sewage.
Sincerely yours,
CARL J.
