In addition, there are no <br /> noticeable changes to the adjoining properties to the north, south, east or west.. <br /> The 1983 aerial photograph depicts no changes to the subject property or the adjoining properties <br /> since the 1975 photograph. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> Topographic maps of the subject property were reviewed at the California State Library in <br /> Sacramento, California. Maps of the Lodi North quadrangle published in 1953 and 1968 were <br /> reviewed, as well as editions of the 1968 map photorevised in 1972. <br /> The USGS Lodi North,California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1953 depicts the subject <br /> property as being vacant of any structures. Instead,the subject property is depicted as being planted <br /> in agricultural row crops. To the north of the subject property are more agricultural crops which are <br /> followed by the Mokelumne River. To the west of the subject property is what appears to be a creek <br /> and then a mixture of vacant land and agricultural crops. To the east is Telegraph Road which is <br /> followed by more mixed agricultural land and vacant land. To the south is a creek followed by <br /> vacant land and to the distant south agricultural crops. <br /> The USGS Lodi North, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1968 depicts the subject <br /> property as being without change. In addition,there has been no change to the north,south,and east <br /> with the exception that Telegraph Road was changed to DeVries Road. To the south of the subject <br /> property there is vacant land which now appears to have a house or barn and a water well. <br /> The USGS Lodi North, California 7.5 minute topographic quadrangle dated 1968 photorevised 1972 <br /> depicts the subject property being unchanged. In addition,the properties to the north, south and west <br /> appear to be unchanged. To the southeast there now appear to be two (2) homes. <br /> 9 <br />
