Gau, Senior Civil Engineer <br /> Public Services Division <br /> SUBJECT : COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> APPLICANT : Emile Atwood <br /> APPLICATION NO : SU-87-19 <br /> APN 086-070-35 <br /> PROPOSAL : A Major Subdivision application for a 16-lot rural <br /> residential vesting tentative map. <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the east side of North 99 Frontage Road, <br /> 550 feet north of Quashnick Road, Morada area, northeast of <br /> Stockton. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> North 99 Frontage Road has an existing right=of-way width of 52 .5 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 52 .5 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> concurrent to approval of the Final Map. <br /> 3 . Tudor Rose Glen shall be dedicated and improved in <br /> conformance to County Standards for a 50-foot right-of-way <br /> ( Rural and Estate type ) . <br /> 4 . North 99 Frontage Road shall be improved in conformance <br /> within the subdivision in conformance to County Standards of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way urban subdivision type street. <br />
