Tom Walker, Deputy Director <br /> Planning and Building Inspection Department <br /> 5 . Terminal drainage shall be provided. The acceptance or <br /> approval by the County of the drainage system does not <br /> relieve the subdivider or his engineer of the responsibility <br /> of providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> 6 . The drainage system shall conform to the Storm Drainage <br /> Facility Plan for North Morada, which requires a retention <br /> basin. <br /> 7. A public water system shall be provided. Water system or <br /> methods shall conform to the requirements of the Local Health <br /> District and the Department of Public Works. An adequate <br /> water supply and fire hydrants for fire protection shall be <br /> installed in conformance with the requirements of the County <br /> Fire Warden and the Waterloo-Morada Rural County Fire <br /> Protection District. <br /> B . The water system shall cunform to the Water System Facility <br /> Plan for North Morada, which requires an additional well <br /> site . <br /> 9 . The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of <br /> Benefit for storm drainage system and water system to conform <br /> to the Storm Drainage and Water System Facility Plans . <br /> �10. A County Service Area shall be formed prior to acceptance of <br /> the Final Map to provide for operation, maintenance, and <br /> improvement of the drainage system and domestic water <br /> system. <br /> 11 . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for <br /> Ithe utility services from the time the improvements are <br /> \ accepted by the County to the end of the fiscal year , or up <br /> to a one ( 1 ) year period, as the case may be . <br /> 12 . A Preliminary Soil Report shall be required. <br /> 13 . All utilities shall be underground . Easement for utilities <br /> shall be provided as required by the public utility <br /> companies . <br /> 14 .
