PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br />San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 89 Page 02 depicts the site parcel (APN 089- <br />020-230) in the northeastern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north (063- <br />110-060), west (089-020-220), south and east (089-020-240) by single-family residential <br />properties and agricultural land. The north side of the parcel is bordered by East Eight <br />Mile Road. The parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in <br />Appendix A. <br />1.4. SITE MAP <br />A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br />trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br />2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br />The property is currently undeveloped land. Historically, the property may have been used <br />for light agricultural purposes. The property is situated approximately 4.0 -miles east- <br />southeast of the City of Stockton in the north -central portion of San Joaquin County, <br />California. <br />2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br />The property does not have a source of water. A domestic water well will be constructed <br />during site development. The proposed septic system will be installed over 100 feet away <br />from the proposed domestic water well and all surrounding water wells (Figure 2). <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />The property does not have an existing septic system. The proposed septic system is <br />planned to be installed in the southern area of the subject property behind the location of <br />the proposed home (Figure 2). The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of <br />a 1,200 -gallon septic tank with two compartments and a 1,000 -square foot filter bed. The <br />septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom home planned to be developed on <br />the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br />3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br />The site does not have a septic tank. <br />
