SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br />There are no liquid wastewater permits on record for the site with the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br />There are no records of septic tank repairs on file with the EHD for the site. <br />3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br />Neighboring properties are zoned for residential land use. Several liquid waste permits <br />are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject <br />property. <br />3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br />The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br />currently on file with EHD. <br />ADDRESS: 10298 East Eight Mile Road <br />LOCATION: Adjacent property to west <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date February 1976; new installation of septic system: <br />1,200 -gallon concrete tank with two compartments, two 85 -foot -long leach lines, and two <br />33 -inch diameter, 25 -foot -deep seepage pits; 2) Permit date January 1989; <br />repair/addition: addition of an additional 40 -foot leach line. <br />3.6. PROPOSED MAXIMUM SEPTIC TANK USAGE ON SITE <br />The new proposed septic system is planned to be located in the southern portion of the <br />property over 100 feet away from the proposed location of the onsite domestic water well <br />and the surrounding water wells. The proposed septic system will service the planned <br />three-bedroom home to be developed on the property. The proposed septic system will <br />be used by the three-bedroom residence 365 days per year. The average and reasonable <br />maximum usage of wastewater for a three-bedroom home by residents is 100 gpd for the <br />first bedroom and 50 gpd for each additional bedroom for a total of 200 gpd. <br />
