with the terms of this order, the owner and operator may be required to take further actions as necessary to <br />protect public health, safety or the environment. <br />The LEA shall not be liable for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from acts or <br />omissions by the owner or operator or related parties in carrying out activities pursuant to this order, nor <br />shall the LEA be held as a party to any contract entered into by the owner or operator or their agent(s) in <br />carrying out activities pursuant to this order. <br />This order is supported by the accompanying declaration of Natalia. Subbotnikova, Senior RENS. <br />This Notice and Order does not relieve the operator or property owner from complying with all other <br />local, state, and federal requirements. It is the property owner/operator's responsibility to ascertain what <br />measures may be required to be taken by other state and/or federal agencies, in conjunction with the <br />remediation project. If such measures are required and if fulfillment of such requirements impacts your <br />ability to comply with the compliance schedule in this Order, you may submit a written request to the <br />LEA on or before December 14, 2008 for an extension of time with respect to the deadlines in the <br />compliance schedule.
