Recovery (CalRecycle) expending funds to perform any cleanup, <br />abatement, or remedial work needed to protect public health and <br />safety or the environment pursuant to PRC Section 48020, If <br />County or CalRecycle expends funds to perform any cleanup, <br />abatement, or remedial work, each may seek repayment from <br />responsible parties pursuant to PRC 48020 et seq. Moreover, any <br />funds so expended shall constitute a lien upon the real property <br />owned by any responsible party that is subject to the remedial <br />action (PRC Section 48023.5). <br />10.In the event that Respondent fails to fully comply with paragraphs <br />5, 61 7, and 8, EHD retains the right to collect all penalties <br />imposed in the Penalty Order as well as the right to assess <br />additional penalties should violations continue. <br />ADDITIONAL 11.This Order shall apply to and be binding upon Respondent and its <br />PROVISIONS officers, directors, agents, receivers, trustees, successors, and <br />assignees, including but not limited to individuals, partners, and <br />subsidiary and parent corporations, and upon EHD and any <br />successor agency that may have responsibility for and jurisdiction <br />over the subject matter of this Order. <br />12. The effective date of this Order shall be the date that it is <br />signed by EHD. <br />13.
