Lane Property, 23201 South Santa Fe Road, Escalon <br /> Leonard Lynch Property, 23023 South Santa Fe Road, Escalon <br /> L and S Winger Property, 3750 Woodbridge Road, Acampo <br /> Below is the current status of the above referenced properties: <br /> The Environmental Health Division (EHD) is currently proceeding with a referral letter <br /> to the District Attorney's Office for enforcement action against the Bill F. Lane <br /> Property. We have requested assistance from the State of California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board (CIWMB) to obtain clean-up funds for site evaluation and final <br /> clean-up. The estimated cost is approximately $400,000 to $500,000. <br /> The Leonard Lynch Property is in the process of being issued an Environmental Health <br /> Division (EHD) Notice and Order to abate the disposal of solid wastes on the property. <br /> This Notice and Order is being sent to the new legal owners. <br /> The L and S Winger Property has been issued a Notice To Abate Order for land filling <br /> of concrete and construction debris. We have been contacted by Mike Williams, <br /> Attorney representing the Winger site to possibly resolve issues. <br /> Attached is a chronological summary of each site indicating historical EHD enforcement <br /> activities obtained from the facility files.
