1 <br /> LIST OF ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES: <br /> Bill F. Lane <br /> 23201 S. Santa Fe Road <br /> Riverbank, CALIFORNIA <br /> 05/27/98 - Routine Inspection by Steven Mindt. Photographs taken of recent dumping activity. <br /> Notified the CIWMB. <br /> 06/02/98 - Steven Mindt made a joint inspection with Thomas Sweeso of San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department. Photographs were taken from the road. <br /> 06/03/98 - Steven Mindt made a joint Inspection with Brad Williams and Jerry Oberhelman of <br /> the CIWMB. Photographs taken. <br /> 06/23/98 - Received correspondence from Brad Williams and Jerry Oberhelman of the CIWMB. <br /> Both letters documented the CIWMB inspection. <br /> 07/24/98 - Sent an EHD certified letter to Bill F. Lane. The letter directed Bill Lane to cease and <br /> desist improper disposal activity. <br /> 04/06/99 -Notice and Order sent to Bill Lane. <br /> 10/26/99 - Spoke with Brad Williams of the CIWMB in regard to the possible cleanup effort. <br /> 10/27/99 - Completed letter to refer this case to District Attorney's Office. <br /> Leonard Lynch <br /> 23023 S. Santa Fe Road <br /> Riverbank, CALIFORNIA <br /> 06/03/98 - Inspection of Bill Lane property on this date revealed that some waste had been <br /> placed on the neighboring property, owned by Leonard lynch. <br /> 06/18/99 - The EHD received a letter from Mr. Alan Coons, Attorney for Cal State Mortgage. <br /> The letter made several comments with regard to the county's motives in attempting <br /> to have the property cleaned up. <br /> 06/26/98 - Researched the property history at The Planning Department. The Lynch and Lane <br /> properties were part of the Snyder Dump prior to being sold and split. <br /> 06/29/98 - Steven Mindt onsite with Alan Biederman of EHD. Alan identified the fence line that <br /> Leonard Lynch had indicated was the property line. This was different from the <br /> location Bill Lane had indicated as the property line. Steve stated that the property <br /> needed to be surveyed. <br /> 07/24/98 -The EHD sent an abatement letter to Delta Funding . <br />
