The meeting was held to discuss the status of the site. <br /> 10/13/98 -Forwarded inspection reports to Tom Walker of the CIWMB. <br /> 11/06/98 - Received letter from Alan Coons, Attorney for Cal State Mortgage. The letter <br /> documented a telephone conversation between Alan Coons and DeeAnne Watkins. <br /> The letter indicated that Cal State Mortgage would not complete any of the requested <br /> items (surveying lot or removing solid waste and debris). The letter argued that all of <br /> the requests and concerns over the site being used as a recent dump were not <br /> necessary. <br /> 12/30/98 — An EHD letter mailed to Alan Coons, Attorney for Cal State Mortgage. The letter <br /> directed Cal State Mortgage to identify all property lines and requested a joint <br /> inspection to identify all solid waste to be removed from the surface of the ground. <br /> The letter indicated that further investigation would be conducted to determine the <br /> extent of the burial of solid waste on the property. <br /> 02/08/99 - Steve Mindt onsite for follow-up inspection.No compliance noted. <br /> 02/10/99 - Steve Mindt sent letter to Alan Coons. The letter addressed comments that were <br /> made by Mr. Coons in the letter to DeeAnne Watkins. The letter requested that Cal <br /> State Mortgage supply PHS-EHD with a work-plan to clean up the property. The <br /> letter re-stated the directives of the letter from EHD dated 12/30/98. <br /> 05/10/99 - Letter to Alan Coons from Mike Huggins indicating that EHD must receive a work- <br /> plan from Cal State Mortgage within 30 days or a Notice and Order will be issued. <br /> L.F. Winger. <br /> 11/19/98 - Photographs were taken of property at 3750 East Woodbridge Road,Lodi. <br /> 12/28/98 - An EHD letter sent to owner ordering Cease and Desist of unauthorized waste <br /> disposal. <br /> 06/09/99 -Photographs were taken of property at 3750 East Woodbridge Road,Lodi. <br /> 06/17/99 - An EHD Notice to Abate was sent certified mail to owner. <br /> 10/24/99 - Contacted by Mike Williams, Attorney representing the Winger property to resolve <br /> issues. <br />
