MUNICIPAL COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF SAN JOAOUIN MANTECA-RIPON-ESCALON-TRACY JUDICIAL DISTRICT WAIVER OF ATTORNEY AND ADVISEMENT OF ELEMENTS OF CHARGES AND DEFENSES In addition to all the other rights that are available to tne, I have the right to haw.-an altorney represent me at all stages of my case,including this arraignment; that if I cannot afford to hire an attorney the Court will appoint the Public Defender to represent me free of charge. I further understand that in choosing to represent myself, I will be afforded no special-privileges.
