The frontage improvements for future Grassland Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way <br /> rural road along the south line of both parcels. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. <br /> The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of <br /> Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> As an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2 (d) (3) ) <br /> RWH:af <br /> PS-OB091-A1C <br /> E: Manuel Lopez, Deputy Director/Development <br />
