A Parcel Map is required, and both Parcels shall be numbered. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) . <br /> 3. Drainage from 14.43 acre parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention <br /> basin (18-inch maximum depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map.
