j . All utilities serving the development shall be <br /> underground. <br /> 2 . Local Health District : <br /> a. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br /> required for Local Health District approval . A permit for <br /> the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> b. An improvement plan must be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Local Health District prior to the approval of the <br /> final map, and it must show the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Show the location of the sewage disposal area on each <br /> parcel . <br /> ( 2 ) Show the location of existing septic systems and wells <br /> within 150 feet of the proposed project site. <br /> Construct an individual domestic water well under a <br /> well permit and inspection by the Local Health <br /> District for each parcel . <br /> (3) Show the location of storm drainage facilities . <br /> c. Any existing septic systems or wells which may be present <br /> in the project area and which are to be destroyed must be <br /> abated under permit and inspection of the Local Health <br /> District . <br /> 3 . Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant , and it <br /> shall be approved and a grading permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspection Division prior to the performance of <br /> any excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> c . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> d. Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plans . <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - (SU-87-20 ) <br />
