CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-88-14 <br /> ROBERT PORRECA <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the submittal of the Parcel Map to the <br /> County Surveyor . <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required . <br /> 2 . A 5 foot wide roadway dedication is required on Bethany Road <br /> along the frontage of Parcel A. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . A <br /> percolation test is required on Parcel A and a minimum <br /> sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District <br /> approval . A permit for the percolation test from the Health <br /> District is required . <br /> 2 . Show the location of the septic tank and leach lines on the <br /> parcel map . The entire system must be a minimum of 5 feet <br /> from the property line . <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to issuance of <br /> building permits . Contact the Tracy School District for <br /> specific fee requirements . <br /> For your imformation enclosed is a copy of a letter from the <br /> Naglee Burk Irrigation District . <br />
