FILE NUMBER: _____ _ PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (Attach additional sheets as necessary) See Chapter 9-1025 of the Development Title for Performance Standard Regulations Air Quality Describe air pollutants that may result from the project including during construction: 1. Exhaust emissions from on-site construction equipment, water access skiff, work boat, and supply boat with an average of 2 trips a day. Once completed there will be private watercraft patrons with more likely crowds on weekends, during the season, during the season, or from a scheduled private event. Noise Describe on-site sources of noise or vibration that may result from the proposed project: 1. Piped and live music for the resort patrons as well as from the resort patrons. 2. For crowd control a loud speaker may periodically need to be utilized. Describe any machinery, equipment, or transportation noise that may result from the proposed project: 1. Noise may result from the work equipment and boats during construction during normal working hours. Noise will result from watercraft patrons accessing the resort and service boats shuttling supplies for the restaurant and bar. Light and Glare Describe any on-site sources of light and/or glare that may result from the proposed project: 1. Security lighting, task lighting and functional lighting. Predominantly down-light fixtures. Every effort will be made to avoid glare because of the surrounding water surfaces.
