Irl <br />• <br />June 1, 1977 <br />Subdivision Map NO. S-77-12 of Carl M. Trinkle (c/o Par Realty), to subdivide <br />65.12 acres into a 37 lot rural residential subdivision, on the west side of <br />I-580 at Chrisman Road, south of Tracy, in an RR -65 Zone. <br />San Joaquin Local Health District conditions for Subdivision 5-77-12. <br />Subject to the requfiements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549, including <br />the following: <br />1. Sewage disposal areas on each lot, as determined by percolation tests, <br />are to be shown on the final map. <br />2. Provided the Developer retains control of all construction for the entire <br />subdivision,mthe minimum sewage disposal area for each lot will be permitted <br />to be located within five feet (5') of a property line with the exception <br />of Let 2. The septic tank and minimum sewage disposal area on Lot 2 shall <br />be located at least one hundred (100') minimum lateral distance from the <br />public water well on Lot A. <br />3. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each lot shall be recorded <br />on the deed as a restriction on land use. <br />4. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the land use aspect relative <br />to the sewage disposal area be published in the Real Estate commissioner's <br />Final Report for the Subdivision. <br />5.
