Conditions pertaining to this subdivision <br />include the following: <br />1. Individual septic tank sewage disposal systems are required for <br />each lot and are to be installed under permit and inspection by <br />the San Joaquin Local Health District. A ninimum sewage disposal <br />area of 12,090 square feet is required for each lot. <br />2. The minimum sewage disposal area for each lot shall be recorded <br />on each deed as a restriction on land use.
