We do <br /> ­not have the funds for an immediate purchase, and the State Legisla- <br /> tion that became effective January 1, 1978 enabling the County to <br /> pass an Ordinance requiring that the developer provide fees or land <br /> for temporary classroom facilities does not apply to this projeet. . ' <br /> By continuing to approve projects of development you are placing <br /> a burden on our schools that 'cause severe hardships on the students <br /> and the entire school system. <br /> Please give our request serious consideration. <br /> Sincerely; <br /> Constantine I.
