Ordinance No. 1?62 including the follo:aing: <br /> a. Percolation tests shall be conducted on every <br /> third lot in the subdivision. <br /> b. Minimum sewage disposal areas, as determined from <br /> the percolation are to be shown on the final map. <br /> C. The minimum sewage disposal area required for each <br /> lot shall be recorded on the deed restriction on <br /> land use. <br /> d. It is recommended that the deed restriction on the <br /> land use aspect relative to the sewage disposal <br /> area be published in the Real Estate...,qommissioner ' s <br /> Final Report for the subdivision. <br /> e. Sewage disposal areas shall not encroach into any <br /> public utility easements. <br /> f. The developer shall file a Waste Discharge Report <br /> with the Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region. <br /> 5. Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 including the following : <br /> a. The existing water wells on Lots 19 and 70 shall <br /> meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 ; if these existing wells cannot <br /> meet the ordinance requirements, they shall be <br /> destroyed under permit and inspection by the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District prior to the recorda- <br /> tion of the final map (possibly can be used for <br /> irrigation subject to review of Health District) . <br /> b. Domestic well sites on each lot shall meet isolation <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. <br /> 549. <br /> 6 . The minimum net lot area shall be 65,000 square <br /> feet. <br />
