Z-77-42 <br />of TOM KLINGER & DAN COMPTON (c/o San <br />Joaquin County Planning Commission) to <br />reclassify property from R-3 (Residential) <br />& R1-8 (Residential) to RA -30 <br />(Residential), on the northeast corner of <br />Ashley Lane and State Highway 99, north- <br />east of Stockton. <br />- Reclassify property from R-3 (Residential) and R1-8 (Residential) <br />to RA -30 (Residential). <br />HISTORY <br />- There is no previous history of use permits, variances, <br />reclassifications, etc. <br />- S-76-1 - Klinger and Compton --revised Tentative Map. <br />To subdivide 36.7 acres into 38 lots. The lots are to contain a <br />minimum of 30,000 sq. ft. Proposed street improvements: Farm and <br />Estate type subdivision streets. Water supply: Community water <br />system. Sewage Disposal: Individual septic tanks. Drainage: <br />Terminal outfall to Mosher Slough. <br />COUNTY ACTIONS TO DATE RE: S-76-1 <br />- Augast 27, 1975 - The Environmental Review Committee certified <br />EIR 73-27 as adequate for this project. <br />- May 27, 1975 - The Board of Supervisors granted extension of time <br />for S-73-8 to July 29, 1977. <br />- January 29, 1974 - The Board of Supervisors approved Tentative <br />Subdivision Map No. S-73-8 of Klinger and Compton for a 114 lot <br />residential subdivision. <br />- March 3, 1976 - The Development Committee recommended that Tentative <br />Map (Revision of S-73-8) S-76-1.be approved subject to 18 conditions <br />of approval. <br />- March 18, 1976 - Planning Commission approved the subdivision <br />subject to 18 conditions. <br />In regard to this present application, condition #16 is important: <br />"16. A Reclassification Petition shall be initiated by the <br />Planning Commission to rezone the 36.7 acres from R-3 and R1-8 <br />to RA -30 to assure no future parcelization and conformity to <br />the suburban densities in Morada." <br />
