The"Old <br /> Antifreeze"tank south of the Vehicle Repair area was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Label the hazardous waste tanks with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation <br /> start date. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One 55-gallon partially full drum in the Fenced Outdoor Storage area was labeled "hazardous waste", "oil", <br /> "accumulation start date 6-3-20". <br /> -One 55-gallon partially full drum in the Fenced Outdoor Storage area was labeled "hazardous waste", "used oil" <br /> and no accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon partially full drum in the Fenced Outdoor Storage area was labeled "hazardous waste", "oil"and no <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55-gallon partially full drum in the Fenced Outdoor Storage area was labeled "used oil"with an accumulation <br /> start date of 6-23-20. <br /> -Two 55-gallon partially full drums in the Fenced Outdoor Storage area were only labeled "hazardous waste"and <br /> "oil'. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
