SANIJOAQUIN <br /> <br />Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY — <br />When a repair is necessary in the leach field the leach lines for the repair shall be <br />installed between individual leach lines as proposed in this plan (SJC OVVTS Standard <br />5.8.7). <br />An Encroachment Permit is required for any encroachment within SSJID's 30-ft wide <br />easement. The applicant shall submit an Encroachment Permit Application for approval <br />that includes the proposed sewer crossing and the recently installed concrete driveway <br />improvements. Any future encroachments within the easement shall be permitted with a <br />separate Encroachment Permit.
