BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPE RdISORS Or THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-82-� <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-82-5 <br />OF A. P. ABDALLAH "LOCKEFORD VILLAS" (C/o PORTSIDE BUILDERS AND <br />FLYNN-LUND ENGINEERING), SOUTH OF LOCKEFORD, COUNTY OF SAN <br />JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, on July 1, 1982, the Planning Commission of the <br />County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution PC - <br />83 -1, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. 5-82-5 of <br />A. P. ABDALLAH "LOCKEFORD VILLAS" (c/o Portside Builders and <br />Flynn -Lund Engineering), for a 19 lot residential subdivision, <br />located on the south side of Dawson Road, 181' west of Jack Tone <br />Road, south of Lockeford, County of San Joaquin, State of Cali- <br />fornia; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 20, 1982, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of August 17, 1982, at the hour of 1:45 p.m, for a <br />public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br />a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was <br />given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary evidence <br />having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and <br />this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br />that Subdivision Map No. 5-82-5 of A. P. ABDALLAH "LOCKEFORD <br />VILLAS" (c/o Portside Builders and Flynn -Lund Engineering), be, <br />and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows: <br />1. A. All improvements shall conform with the <br />Improvement Standards and Specifications <br />of the County of San Joaquin. All improve- <br />ment plans and specifications must be approved <br />by the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br />Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br />B. If improvements referred to herein are not <br />completed prior to the approval of the Final <br />Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement <br />with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br />completion of improvements within one (1) year <br />after filing the Final Map. <br />
