A <br />County for drainage purposes. <br />5. Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br />ments of the Local Health District and the Department of Public <br />Works. <br />6. An adequate water supply for fire protection with <br />fire hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance <br />with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and Mokelumne <br />Rural Fire District. <br />feet. <br />7. The minimum net lot area shall be 10,000 square <br />8. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br />prescribed in Section 9-1450 of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended, <br />the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br />defined in said section. <br />9. Full street improvements in compliance with Public <br />Works Improvement and Construction Manual shall be provided <br />within the subdivision. Dawson Road shall be fully improved <br />in compliance with County standards. Curbs, gutters and <br />sidewalks shall be provided throughout the subdivision and <br />lots along Dawson Road. <br />11. County Service Area shall be formed for maintenance of <br />storm drainage system prior to filing of a final map. <br />12.
