(A) The dissolution of the Woodbridge Protection Dis- <br /> t 9 <br /> tract No. 1. <br /> (B) The dissolution of the Woodbridge Protection Dis- <br /> trict No. 2. The boundaries of the District are <br /> identified <br /> dlA(V11Wdd in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> (C) The recommendation of the San Joaquin County Board <br /> of Supervisors, as the governing body of the San <br /> Joaquin Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> establish a flood control zone within that district; <br /> the boundaries of said flood control zone should be <br /> the same as the boundaries of Woodbridge Protection <br /> District No. 1 and Woodbridge Protection District <br /> No. 2. <br /> desired <br /> (D) It is W that the proposed reorganization pro- <br /> vide for and be made subject to the following terms <br /> and conditions: <br /> (1) All liability for payment for all contracts <br /> and obligations of the Woodbridge Protection <br /> r District No. 2 shall be transferred to the said, <br /> proposed zone of San Joaquin County Flood <br /> "> Control and Water Conservation District; and <br /> P said proposed zone of the San Joaquin County <br /> i <br /> Flood Control and Water Conservation District <br /> s <br /> ",- shall assume all liability for Dayments of <br /> c all contracts and obligations of the Wood- <br /> bridge Protection District No. 2. <br /> (2).
