by transfer all real and personal property <br /> i of the Woodbridge Protection District No. 2. <br /> (3) The governing body of the Woodbridge Protection <br /> District No. 2 shall be succeeded by the San <br /> Joaquin County Board of Supervisors as govern- <br /> ing body of the San Joaquin County Flood Con- <br /> trol and Water Conservation District. <br /> (9) The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District shall be designated as <br /> the successor district to the Woodbridge Pro- <br /> tection District No. 2 which shall be extin- <br /> guished as the result of the change of organi- <br /> zation for the purpose of succeeding to all <br /> of the rights, duties and obligations of the <br /> extinguished district with respect to enforce- <br /> ment, performance, or payment of any outstanding <br /> -- - contracts and obligations of said extinguished <br /> district. <br /> (E) The reason for this proposal is to dissolve the in- <br /> active Woodbridge Protection District No. 2. <br /> 2.
