S-73-3 OF t -AETNASER (C/O CHANCE WONG) , TRACT NO. 995 WHEREAS, on November 16, 1972, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin did conditionally approve Tentative Subdivision Map No. S-73-3 of KAISER-AETNA (c/o CHANCE WONG) Tract No. 995, for a 60 lot residential subdivision located on the south side of Woodbridge Road, east of Augusta, in the Town of Woodbridge, County of San Joaquin, California; and WHEREAS, on December 14, 1972, this Board of Supervisors did set the date of December 19, 1972, at the hour of 3 :00 p.m. for a public hearing concerning Tentative Subdivision Map No. 5-73-3 of KAISER-AETNA (c/o CHANCE WONG) , Tract No. 995 ; and WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on Tentative Sub- division Map No. S-73-3 of KAISER-AETNA (c/o CHANCE WONG) , notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of and opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Super- visors does hereby approve Tentative Subdivision Map No. 5-73-3 of KAISER-AETNA (c/o CHANCE WONG) subject to the following conditions : 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. 2, Easements for utilities shall be as required by .C. & Ea , p,T. & T. , and all other public utilities.
