Provision for storm water drainage shall comply <br /> with standards and requirements of the Department <br /> of Public Works prior to consideration of the <br /> final subdivision map. <br /> 5 . Water system or methods shall conform to the re- <br /> quirements of the Local Health District and the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 6. Sanitation system or methods shall conform to the j <br /> District and the Department of Public Works. <br /> 7 . An adequate water supply for fire protection with <br /> fire dydrants and connections shall be installed <br /> in conformance with the requirements of the <br /> County Fire Warden and the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> S. Drainage, street lighting and fence shall be <br /> maintained by a utilities maintenance district. <br /> Proceedings for the formation of the maintenance <br /> f <br /> district shall be initiated prior to acceptance + <br /> I <br /> i <br /> of the final subdivision map. <br /> 9. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, <br /> as prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance No. <br /> 892, as amended, the developer shall contribute <br /> fees of equivalent value as defined in said section. <br /> 11. A prclir,.inary soil report as prescribed in Section <br /> 5 .165 of Ordinance No. 892, as amended, shall be <br /> required. <br /> 12.
